Sign Installer
Rate of Pay: $30-35/hr
Job Description
A sign installer's job involves interpreting blueprint specifications and following the directives given by the supervisors. He/She needs to know the exact place where the sign needs to be put up as well as the details regarding the sizes and amounts of materials required for installation. He/She needs to be technically sound while setting up frameworks: Connecting beams, columns and girders while successfully fastening structural components of steel to hoist components with the proper use of cables, ropes or chains.
Scope of Knowledge
A sign installer should have adequate knowledge of construction and building processes including proper know-how relating to tools, materials and methods for the erection and repair of buildings. He should possess mechanical knowledge about the uses, designs, repair and effective maintenance of machines involved in the installation process, such as power and hand tools, light and heavy equipment, ladders and trailers. He should have fabrication knowledge and experience welding metals.
Skills
A sign installer should have planning and organizing skills and good hand-eye coordination. He should be able to deal with up to about 100 lbs. of weight. He/She needs to maintain his composure as the job involves a lot of stress and pressure. Installer should be capable of working outdoors and generally at great heights. A sign installer needs to have a driver's license as well as journeyman electrician’s license.
A sign installer needs to be fit and physically active as his job involves moving about, climbing, walking, balancing, lifting and other physical activities. Manual dexterity is the key to success. Installer should possess good communication skills and should be able to develop a healthy professional relationship with co-workers. Need previous experience in this field.
Ability to install signs of all types - indoor and outdoor.
Visit customers on-site for consulting and installation as needed.
Must be professional with clients and present the company in a courteous and professional manner.
MUST maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship on schedule.

Sign Service Technician
Rate of Pay: $23-27/hr
Job Description
Technicians should have an in-depth knowledge of electrical work, be mechanically inclined and possess experience servicing electrical signs and exterior lighting.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience servicing illuminated exterior signs - channel letters, neon, LED, pole, and monument signs, et al.
Duties
Service and maintenance of signs and commercial lighting. Troubleshoot problems, change lamps, neon, LED lighting, ballasts, sockets and wiring in a wide range of illuminated signage. Set up software and communication for LED displays.

Valid Driver's License - Class B CDL
Valid WA State Electrician’s License

Description of Essential Duties:
Recruit talents to create an exciting and highly motivated sales team and design team
Manage Sales of NSC’s products and services with each Sales Representative
Manage Design Department
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Coordinate proper company resources to ensure goals are met
Review and approve all sales orders for completeness of order and initial acceptance that will then be forwarded for approval by company contract administrator for final acceptance
Develop and implement specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company sales
Promote the products and services of NSC to the retail and commercial public, contact on a regular basis potential and existing clients regarding future signage needs and projects
Serve NSC customers and manage all sales activity with potential and existing customers
Exhibit proactive responsibility to customer needs and requests
Manage any concerns clients have regarding sales – customer service, professionalism, communication and accountability to effectively manage and enhance the client experience
Closely involve with project management of all sign projects sold and installed
Collaborate with management to set, and to meet or exceed, annual sales goals which would include a minimum number of cold calls, appointments, and new designs per established interval
Maintain an organized and updated weekly report of sales activity including contacts, potential new projects, proposals, design requests, sold jobs
Develop with Design Department design concepts and present to the customers
Manage all sales and design with Administration and Operations
Promote and display clear communications with Administration and other NSC staff, assist Operations and project coordination as required
Provide accurate information to Design and Estimating to be able to create accurate proposals and quotes to clients
Provide accurate job site and survey information to estimating, permitting and production
Provide accurate and complete information for the order entry process
Engage in continuous training and development in sales, research signage technical issues, research new technologies, keep updated on current and future market conditions and new projects, review trade magazines
Develop a marketing plan for yearly sales goals and objectives
Attend all required Sales/Operations/Company meetings, planning sessions, development sessions, including regular meetings with Sales Team
Monitor sold projects through the shop to provide timely and accurate information to the client and to the shop
Responsible for individual annual sales goal of $1 million
Support company ownership, support and promote company goals and develop the company sales plan to include – detailed description of short-term and long-term sales plan to be segmented into 1 year plan, 3 year plan and 5 year plan. Detail the resources needed to accomplish sales plan. List the activity required to accomplish the action plan. Track and report on on-going status of sales plan. Describe what action steps will be taken and when if the plan is not being met
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree in business or other related discipline or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Proven previous success in outside sales of at least 2 years in any of the related fields: sign sales, graphic design, marketing, and/or advertising.
3. Experience and understanding of all Microsoft ® Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, both written and oral.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
6. Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain outstanding organizational skills.
7. Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment required.
8. Occasional travel is a requirement; valid driver’s license required.
Compensation:
Base salary ; $80,000 plus commission

Deliberately follow the sales process so that clients receive consistent follow through.

Sales Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Immediate immersion into the company products, policies, and procedures
Serve NSC customers and assist all sales activity with potential and existing customers
Promote and display clear communications with Administration and other NSC staff, assist Operations and project coordination as required
Provide accurate information to Design and Estimating to be able to create accurate proposals and quotes to clients
Provide accurate and complete information for the order entry process
Monitor sold projects through the shop to provide timely and accurate information to the client and to the shop
Rotation through permitting, design, manufacturing, and installation functions to learn the process
Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals
Actively participate in lead generation and tracking
Collect data for brochures; perform research; assist with social media posts and blogging
Support sales staff with analysis of sales data, forecasts, client analyses and service requests
Contribute to the implementation of client reactivation program
Shadow experienced outside sales professionals
Participate in a hands on field sales mentoring and coaching initiative
Assist the company in any trade show events by engaging potential client prospects
Develop confidence in business development, cold-calling, and networking
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Admin, or other related field
Experience with Microsoft Office, Social Media, and reasonably technology fluent
Able to handle stressful situations professionally with good problem-solving and judgment skills
Outgoing, self-motivated, flexible and well organized; empathetic and personable demeanor
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license required
Must be able to pass background check and substance abuse screen
Pay; Base Pay $52,000-58,000 plus commission
